Pre-Approve Options:

3 Minute Pre-Approval- We will take a full application based on information you provide we will give you an immediate Pre-Approval.

Full Pre-Approval- We will take a full application based on information provided by you. We will run your credit report, input your file into the DU underwriting system (where applicable), and provide you with a full approval. Depending on the time of day, you will be approved same of next day.

Full Documented Pre-Approval- We will take a full application requiring financial documentation (W2's, Tax Returns, Bank Statements, Etc.). We will run your credit report, input your file into the DU underwriting system (where applicable), and provide you with a fully documented pre-approval. Depending on the time of day we receive your information, you will be approved within 1-2 days.

Full Underwritten Pre-Approval- We will take all of the documentation noted in the FUll Documented Pre-Approval. We will process and submit the file to an underwriter. This is the highest level of pre-approval available. Typically only and appraisal remains at this point. Timing will depend on the underwriting load which is usually 1-3 days once all documentation is received.
